Site Audit Kit audits a small website for both in one run. Every finding shows the evidence and the fix — not just a score. No API key, no account, no data leaves your machine.
For indie developers, solo founders, and small teams who own a site and want a straight answer: what do I fix first?
Why this kit
- Two scores, never blended: Search and AI Visibility are scored separately, so a strong search score can’t hide a weak AI score.
- Five layers in one run: technical, on-page, Schema, GEO, and time — from HTTPS to llms.txt to “did it get better?”
- Evidence with every finding: the exact value, the URL, and the fix. No vague “improve your SEO.”
- Patches, not just reports: a starter llms.txt built from your own pages, and a FAQPage block built from your own visible FAQ.
- Sample report included: a full run on a real site, so you see the exact output format before you run it on yours.
- No signup, no API key, no account: download, unzip, run. The tool never asks for anything else.
- Profiles: a legal page is not graded like a landing page. Thresholds and skips change per page type.
- Deterministic: the same input always gives the same score. Re-run after fixes and diff the two reports to prove it improved.
- Runs locally: zero dependencies, Node 18+. The audit runs on your machine; nothing is uploaded anywhere.
- No ranking promises: scores are directional. Pair the kit with Search Console for traffic and ranking data.
What’s included
1. The CLI
- Five commands:
audit(whole site),page(one URL),diff(before/after),llms(starter llms.txt),doctor(sanity check) - Zero dependencies — no npm install, no API key
2. SKILL.md
Run the audit through an AI agent: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other agents that read Agent Skills. The skill tells the agent how to run the audit and how to report back.
3. README + CHANGELOG + LICENSE
Full check list, scoring weights, and the single-buyer license. The scoring rules are published, so you can see exactly what each point means.
4. Sample report
A full run on a real site, so you see the output format before you run it on yours.
Format: ZIP. Works on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Node 18+. Instant download.
How it works
- Download and unzip.
- Run one command:
node bin/audit.mjs audit https://your-site.com --out ./audit-report - Open index.html, fix from the top, re-run and diff to prove it got better.
What the report looks like
Every report ships as JSON (for machines) + Markdown + single-file HTML (for humans), plus a site dashboard. Findings look like this (real examples from the sample report):
| Severity | Finding | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| P2 | Visible FAQ without matching markup | “8 visible Q&A pairs, no FAQPage block.” + a ready-to-paste FAQPage snippet |
| P2 | Title may truncate in search results | Pixel-width estimate + “shorten the title, key terms first” |
| P3 | Few question-shaped headings | “0/3 H2s are questions.” + “phrase headings as the questions readers ask” |
Case study: this site
We ran the kit on aiinfoshare.dev — the store you are reading now, 10 pages. That exact run is in the ZIP as the sample report, so you can check every line below against it.
The find that paid for the run: the homepage had 8 visible FAQs with no FAQPage markup, so search engines could not pick them up as rich results. An earlier audit of the same site had missed it. The kit flagged it and shipped a ready-to-paste FAQPage block.
The rest of the run: 0 critical issues, 0 high-priority issues. 7 medium, 11 low. All six product pages came back with a single low-priority note each (headings not phrased as questions — a style choice, not an error). The two legal pages were graded as legal pages, not landing pages: short meta descriptions and no share image, flagged medium, not failed.
Scores on the kit’s own published scale: Search 95/100, AI Visibility 98/100. Scores are directional, not a promise of ranking.

FAQ
Do I need an API key or an account?
No. The tool has zero dependencies and makes no network calls except to the site you point it at. No API key, no login, no account.
What do I need to run it?
Node 18+ and a terminal. No npm install: unzip and run. Works on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
Does it work on any site?
Any public website. Pages that need JavaScript to show content are audited on their raw HTML.
Will it tell me my ranking?
No. It audits what is on the page, not where the page sits in search results. Pair it with Search Console for ranking and traffic data. Scores are directional, not a promise of ranking.
How is this different from free SEO checkers?
Five layers in one run (most checkers do one), two separate scores, evidence and a fix with every finding, starter patches (llms.txt, FAQPage), before/after diffing, per-page-type profiles, and it runs locally with no signup.
Can I use it on client sites?
Yes — single-buyer license covers your own work, including client work. Do not upload, resell, or repackage the kit. See the Terms and LICENSE.txt in the ZIP.
Will it be updated?
Yes — updates are free. When we publish a new version, we’ll email the new download link to your order email.
What do I get after payment?
Instant download: a ZIP with the CLI, SKILL.md, README, sample report, and LICENSE.txt (see What’s inside). Not a live course or 1:1 support.
How do I download / where is my file?
Use the download button on the payment success page, or the email from support@aiinfoshare.dev (check spam). Links work for 48 hours, up to 5 downloads. Still stuck → email support@aiinfoshare.dev with your order email.
What’s the license — can I share the ZIP?
Single-buyer license. Use outputs in your own work; do not upload, resell, or repackage the kit. See the Terms and LICENSE.txt in the ZIP.
What’s your refund policy?
For help with your order, email support@aiinfoshare.dev with your order email. Rights you may have under applicable law still apply. See the Terms.
