This site (aiinfoshare.dev) is operated by WangQi ("we", "us"), an individual seller based in China. Contact: support@aiinfoshare.dev.

What we collect

• Purchases: checkout and payment are handled by Creem, which acts as merchant of record. Creem collects your name, email, billing details and payment information and processes them under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can deliver the product and provide support. We never see or store your full card details.
• Emails you send us: if you contact support, we keep the correspondence to help you.
• Technical data: our hosting/CDN provider, Cloudflare, may process IP addresses and basic request logs for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To deliver purchases, provide support and refunds, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and, only if you opt in, send product updates. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

Only with service providers needed to run the business (Creem for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and email forwarding, Google for email) or when required by law.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting; support emails for up to 3 years.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by writing to support@aiinfoshare.dev. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA) you may have additional rights, including complaining to your local data protection authority.
